HOW TO FINALIZE YOUR EXHIBITOR HOUSING:
AFTER
YOU RECIEVE YOUR
Exhibitor Housing Authorization from the DAC office,
you must submit the authorization with a rooming list and deposit
to Par Avion by April 1, 2002.
1). Rooming Lists: Please include the following
information in your rooming list: Company name, contact name and
address, phone, fax and email address, authorized hotel, guest name,
arrival/departure dates, bed type and special requests for each
individual. Rooming lists without deposits will not be processed.

2). Deposits: DAC requires a $300 per room and $500 per suite
deposit. A deposit must accompany each reservation and may be administered
with a major credit card or check (drawn on a U.S. bank) only. Money
orders, purchase orders and wire transfers will not be accepted.
Accepted credit cards are: MC, Visa, Amex, Discover and Diner's
Club. Include a credit card number, expiration date and card holder's
name as it appears on the card. The Hilton Riverside will charge a deposit to your credit card after May 9, 2002. All other hotels will process credit cards upon
check-in at the hotel or if a room is cancelled. Make your check
payable to: Par Avion.
3). Where to send Rooming List: You may submit

4). Hotel Rates: DAC negotiated hotel rates
are available until May 9, 2002. After that date, room rates are
based on availability and the prevailing rate.
5). Room Block Changes or Additions: Name and
date changes to your rooming list can be directed to Par Avion.
All changes must be made in writing. If you need to increase your
room block, you must contact Kathy MacLennan at the DAC office.

6). Cancellation/Refund Policy: After April
1, 2002, room and suite deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations
must be made in writing via fax, email or US mail.
