DAC room and hospitality suite blocks are now available for exhibitors. Exhibitor room and suite allocations are handled through the DAC office.

HOUSING PRIORITY
The DAC office will process room and suite requests based on your company's hotel priority number, determined by the date your booth deposit was received in the DAC office. DAC requires a $300 per room and $500 per suite deposit. Deposits on reservations cancelled after April 1, 2002 are non-refundable.

HOSPITALITY SUITES
You may rent an unlimited number of suites in hotels for customer hospitality and sales meetings.

Product demonstrations are NOT allowed in hotel suites or public spaces. Demo Suites are available through DAC at the Convention Center for this purpose.

NOTE: The DAC office will cancel rooms and suites if a company cancels their participation at DAC.
