New: Attendee Luncheon on the Exhibit Floor, June 11, 2002 ~ Sponsorship of food and drink areas on the exhibit floor

  • DAC has revised its guidelines to allow food and beverages on the exhibit floor. As a part of this change, DAC is introducing a luncheon designed to draw traffic to the exhibit floor on Tuesday, June 11th. Food and drinks will be distributed throughout the exhibit hall from a number of individual stations. The luncheon theme and exact menus are to be determined.
  • Company banner/tent cards will be placed in the exhibit hall. Participating companies will also be promoted through program and web site promotions.
  • Please call for pricing. This sponsorship is available to either a single company or may be partially sponsored by multiple companies.

New: Coffee Service on the Exhibit Floor, June 10-12, 2002 ~ Stations to be placed around the exhibit floor for complimentary coffee .

  • DAC is hosting coffee stations on the exhibit floor and is making these available for sponsorship. In addition, exhibitors are allowed to have bottled sodas and water (must be purchased through Aramark) available for distribution from their booths.
  • Coffee cart sponsorship includes: company logo and/or tag line, tent cards, cups, & napkins, etc. (production cost not included). Participating companies will also be promoted through program and web site promotions.
  • Cost: $5,000 per day per station

Hotel Promotions ~ DAC participating hotels offer the following promotions: (please call for pricing)

  • Guest room keys: with your company logo and/or tag line
  • Outside room door drops: newspaper with belly-bands with company logo and/or tag line
  • In-house video channel: continuous loop video on the hotel channel
  • Coffee cart sponsorship: company logo and/or tag line, tent cards, cups, & napkins etc.
  • Tent cards: company logo and/or tag line to be placed in the restaurants of DAC hotels

DAC Shuttle Bus Banner ~ Advertising on buses used for transporting conference attendees to and from DAC participating hotels and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

  • Buses run 4.5 hours on Sunday and 15.5 hours Monday through Thursday. Participants will be chosen by lottery
  • Cost per bus for duration of Conference: $1,000 (graphic production/mounting cost NOT included)
  • Requests must be received in the DAC office by February 22, 2002 (lottery takes place on February 25th)
  • If additional buses are available after the lottery, exhibitors will be allowed to purchase more than one bus
  • Exhibitors may share space on the bus with other exhibitors with whom they have partnership agreements
  • All artwork must be reviewed by DAC prior to production for the buses

Web Site Banner Advertising ~ Company banners on the DAC web site: location - Virtual DAC Exhibitor Search (and results) page. Send banner via email to Julie Tangeman at julie@dac.com. Specifications:

  • GIF file (up to 3-panels), dimensions: max size 125 x 125 pixels
  • Dates run: March through June, 2002
  • Cost: $2,000 per banner

Final Program/Exhibit Guide Advertising ~ Advertise in the printed program distributed to all DAC attendees. This piece is used by attendees on-site to find exhibitors they wish to visit and as a reference throughout the year. Ad Specifications

  • Cost: $1,400 per page full page
  • Cost: $1,800 premium position-inside back cover
    (lottery will take place March 11, 2002)

Attendee Bag Inserts ~ Each Conference attendee receives a bag containing the Final Program/Exhibit Guide and the Conference Proceedings.
