Palm Instructions
You must have at least Palm OS 4.0 (free and easy upgrade found at Palm.com) in order to import your DACplanner. DO NOT DRAG AND DROP the VCS file onto your Palm Desktop (this methods drops everything but your first event). Event imports are not time zone sensitive.

PocketPC Instructions
Events import according to TIME ZONE. Your PocketPC time zone is synched with your desktop PCs time zone. For example, if your local computer time zone is set to Eastern Time, an event taking place at 1:00 PM in California (Pacific Time) will import as 4:00 PM (EasternTime). You will have to change time zones on your PocketPC in California in order for the times to be accurate while you are in California.


Your DAC Exhibitor List simply imports as a text file and becomes a memo. Right click and choose SAVE to download this file to your local computer.
