Bus Banners
Complete the "40th DAC Marketing Opportunities Order
Form" and return to the DAC office by March 27, 2003. Lottery
will take place March 28, 2003
KUSHNER & ASSOCIATES ~ Production Fees
•
Package #1: Long side panel $1,800 Graphic is placed under
windows and above wheels - One 2'x30' sign on side of bus
.
• Package #2: Long side panel and back panel $2,400
Graphic is placed under windows and above wheels - One 2'x30'
sign on side of bus - One 4'x8' on rear of bus.
• Package #3: Long side panels and back panel
$3,600 Graphic is placed under windows and above wheels on
both sides - Two 2'x30' signs on sides (one sign per side)
of bus - One 4'x8' on rear of bus.
•
Package #4: Half Wrap $8,000 - One Half Wrap for one
motorcoach. Includes both sides below the windows and half
of the rear.
•
All packages include:
- Design support, pre-production proofs and production of
signs
- Installation and removal labor
- Shipping and taxes
- KUSHNER & ASSOCIATES advance and on-site coordination to
ensure signs are installed on correct vehicles that are running
on the shuttle. .
•
Payment Terms 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation
of booking with signed contract 100% full payment due on or
before April 18, 2003.
•
Cancellation Terms Cancellation fee as 100% of total
price, Date of signed contract-April 18, 2003 50% of total
April 19, 2003-June 6, 2003 100% of total cancelled.
Artwork Deadlines ~ We would like to have artwork
received in our office between April 18, 2003-May 3, 2003.
Deadline is May 3, 2002. After May 3, 2002 a 10% rush fee
will be assessed. If artwork is not received by May 16, 2003
on time delivery and installation of signs cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: If you would like to keep the signs on the bus
for additional days, weeks or months, please inquire for cost.

NOTE 2: TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED STANDARD RESOLUTION
ON THE OUTPUT: take output size (100" tall) X desired output
resolution (25) / original artwork size (4"): 100 X 25 = 2500;
2500 / 4 = 625 (The artwork should be scanned at 625 dpi to
output the graphic at 100".) )
