40th DAC Marketing Opportunities Information
New: Exhibit Floor Microbrew Party ~ Exhibitor hosted function with snacks, soft drinks and microbrewed beer. 4pm - 6pm, Monday, June 2, 2003
The exhibit floor is the venue for DAC's newest program. This is a function for exhibitors to host attendees in their booths during the last two hours of Free Monday. A
specially selected set of menu items, soft-drinks, domestic and microbrew beer will be offered and all exhibitors are encouraged to participate by hosting refreshments from your booth.
Cost: varies by order quantity. See the enclosed menu for pricing or contact the DAC office for further details.
New: Exhibit Floor Ice Cream Social ~ Ice cream carts placed on the DAC exhibit floor. 4pm Tuesday, June 3, 2003
Enhance your show participation and delight attendees by hosting an Ice Cream Cart on the exhibit
floor Tuesday afternoon, June 3rd.
Ice Cream Social sponsorship includes: one ice cream cart, sign with company logo and/or tag line, tent cards, napkins, etc. (production cost not included.) Participating companies
will also be promoted through the conference programs and web site promotions.
Cost is $4000 per cart - contact the DAC office for details.
Exhibit Floor Coffee Cart ~ Carts to be placed around the exhibit floor for complimentary coffee June 2-4, 2003
DAC is hosting coffee carts on the exhibit floor and is making these available for sponsorship.
Coffee cart sponsorship includes: company logo and/or tag line, tent cards, cups, & napkins etc. (production cost not included). Participating companies will also be promoted
through the conference programs and web site promotions.
Cost: $4000 per day per station
DAC Shuttle Bus Banner ~ Advertising on buses used for transporting conference attendees to and from DAC participating hotels and the Anaheim Convention Center.
Buses run 4.5 hours on Sunday and 15.5 hours Monday through Thursday. Companies not participating
in a promotion package will be selected by lottery.
If additional buses are available following the lottery, exhibitors will be allowed to purchase more than one bus.
Exhibitors may share space on the bus with other exhibitors with whom they have partnership agreements.
All artwork must be reviewed by DAC prior to production for the buses.
Cost per bus for duration of Conference: $1000 (graphic production/mounting cost NOT included).

Final Program/Exhibit Guide Advertising ~ Advertise in the printed program distributed to all DAC attendees. This piece is used by attendees on-site to find exhibitors they wish to visit and as a reference throughout
the year.
Cost: $1400 per page full page
Cost: $1800 Premium position-inside back cover (lottery will take place February 28, 2003)
Hotel Promotions ~ DAC participating hotels offer the following promotions: please contact the DAC office for pricing.
Guest room keys: with your company logo and/or tag line Outside room door drops: newspaper
with belly-bands with company logo and/or tag line
In-house video channel: continuous loop video on the hotel channel
Coffee carts: company logo and/or tag line, tent cards, cups, & napkins etc.
Tent cards: company logo and/or tag line to be placed in the bars and restaurants of DAC hotels
Attendee Bag Insertion ~ Each conference attendee receives a bag containing the Final Program/Exhibit Guide and the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM. Exhibitors have the opportunity to distribute information
in this bag. MP Associates, Inc. will control limitations on bulk of weight of material.
