  • Email your slides directly, or
  • Email the DAC Presentation Desk the URL of the FTP site where your file can be downloaded.

SEE SLIDE PREP FOR MORE INFO ON THIS IMPORTANT OBLIGATION.
This does not have to be the final version. This is an early version for the presentation consultant and the Session Chair to review in order to assist you in preparing the final version.

April 25, 2003: Speakers-You should have received feedback on your slides from the DAC Presentations Help Desk. Please follow the suggestions given here at Slide Prep .

If you have submitted your slides to the DAC Presentation Help Desk ON TIME, you will receive technical comments from your Session Chair by May 7, 2003 (please contact the DAC office if you have not).

May 23, 2003: Speakers- FTP a final version of your slides to the DAC Presentation Help Desk for a final check and for storage on the DAC server. This will be used for projection if no newer version is brought by you to the Conference. If you do find the need to make changes after this date, please make sure to send them to slides@dac.com immediately. Even if you know that you will be making changes in the AV practice rooms upon arrival, you still have to send in the version that you consider final by the May 24 deadline so that we will have something to use at DAC in the event of an emergency.

May 29, 2003: To-Be-Videoed Speakers- FTP a final version of your slides to the DAC Presentation Help Desk for a final check and for storage on the DAC server. DAC must pre-format your file for the video capture process.
