Housing Priority
The DAC office will process room and suite allocation based on your company's hotel priority number, which is determined by the date your booth deposit was received in the DAC office. Failure to submit your requests by March 5, 2004 may result in the loss of your company's hotel priority.

Deposits
DAC requires a one night per room plus tax and/or per suite deposit plus tax. Deposits on reservation cancelled after April 21, 2004 are non-refundable.

March 5, 2004 - Exhibitor Hotel Room and Suite Requests submitted thru Virtual DAC
March 19, 2004 - Exhibitor housing authorizations emailed to exhibitors
April 21, 2004 - Hotel deposit and rooming list due to PGI Lombard. Deposits on rooms and suites are NON-REFUNDABLE
May 14, 2004 - Final deadline to request additions, changes and cancellations to PGI Lombard
May 18, 2004 - Contact DAC hotels directly with your additions, changes and cancellations

Hospitality Suites
Exhibitors may rent an unlimited number of suites in hotels for customer hospitality and sales meeting. Product demonstrations are not allowed in hospitality suites or public space. The DAC office will cancel rooms and suites if a company cancels their participation at DAC.
