Attacking the Diseases That Plague our NoCs

What plagues our NoCs? We "manage" their faults with the help of a dynamic and hierarchical management scheme. We reliably "route" their packets without relying on multiple virtual channels. We "enhance" the crossbar to remove data transfer conflicts during switch allocation. In the end, we call upon these disease-free NoCs to pay society back and "diagnose" diseases in humans!
